Neighbours Far Far Away - Milky Way

View of the Milky Way in the sky of South Italy. Whilst on holiday, near the coast at night, the sky looked so dark and with a tripod, low shutter speed and focus set on infinity, I took a photo. This is what was hiding in the depth of space. It's incredible what a dark sky at night might present, just not so visible with the naked eye. Even more humbling, is the realisation of how vast the universe is.
